DISCUSSIONS AT GENEVA. WORK ON BRITISH SCHEME. British Wireless. Rugby, Feb. 17. Following yesterday’s discussion of the British air proposals by the general committee of the Disarmament Conference, a special air committee containing the representatives of 18 Powers will begin work on Monday under the chairmanship of Senor Madariaga, Mr. Arthur Henderson, president of the conference, expressed the hope that the committee would finish' its work in two weeks.
