ASSAULT BY HECTOR GRAY
TROUBLE AT RAILWAY STATION. FINE OF £5 AT PAPAKURA. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Hector Gray, ex-jockey, in the Papakura Court this morning was fined £5 for assaulting Henry Feilding Gilmer at the Takanini railway station on January 23. The incident arose out of statements made by Gilmer, at the hearing of. Hector Gray’s appeal which led to his disqualification being increased from three years to life.
