RELIEF CHAIRMAN RESIGNING.

Hamilton, Feb. 10.

Holding that the committee was powerless to afford any assistance to either the Government or the local unemployed, owing to the restrictions and regulations of the Unemployment Board, the chairman of the Hamilton Unemployment Relief Committee, Dr. F. D. Pinfold, intimated to-day his intentions to resign the position as a protest.
