Blair was ordered to pay Excelsior Bakery Ltd. £5 3s 2d (15s 6d) forthwith, in default six days’ imprison- \; ment; J. S. Chard was ordered to pay G. H. Topless and Co. £1 3s 6d forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment; C. K. Templeton was ordered to pay E ; Reynolds £lO 6s 7d forthwith, in default ' ten days* imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as £2 a month is paid; A St. Lake was ordered to pay the Waitara Borough Council £2 10« forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment, tiie warrant to be suspended s» long as £1 is paid fortnightly. ■
