JUDGMENT FOR DEBT
CLAIMS IN. WAITARA COURT/ Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., when the following debt claims were heard in the Waitara’ Court yesterday: -J. E’ Win- • . Stanley' v. T. Waero, £3 15s fed (£l- 9s 6d);- f ’ G. H. Fletcher v. ; Joe Preston, £7 Us'fecl (£1 17s’6d). ’ ’ - On judgment summonses A. J. McNeil was ordered to pay J. Waters and Co. £6 10s Id (15s 6d) "forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as £1 a month is paid; D. Blair was ordered to pay Excelsior Bakery Ltd. £5 3s 2d (15s 6d) forthwith, in default six days’ imprison- \; ment; J. S. Chard was ordered to pay G. H. Topless and Co. £1 3s 6d forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment; C. K. Templeton was ordered to pay E ; Reynolds £lO 6s 7d forthwith, in default ' ten days* imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as £2 a month is paid; A St. Lake was ordered to pay the Waitara Borough Council £2 10« forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment, tiie warrant to be suspended s» long as £1 is paid fortnightly. ■
