URUTI PERSONAL NOTES

Mr. and Mrs. E. Farrell and Miss Margaret Farrell, Wellington, have been visiting Uruti and have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Thomson and Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Wedge. They returned to Wellington on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Geoffrey Fitzgerald, Whakatana, called to see Mr. John Fitzgerald while motoring through to New Plymouth. Mrs.,J.,Murray and Mrs. W. Murray have returned after spending a few days with Mrs. W. Dowds, Mangatoki. Mrs. W. Reisima, who has been spending a few • weeks with Mrs. A. R. Alpe, has returned to Opunake. Mrs. Laurie Payne, New Plymouth, is the guest of Mrs. P.. MacGregor. Mrs. D. S. Musker and Miss Hope Musker have- returned from New Plymouth. - /' Miss Ruth Fitzgerald is the - guest- of her sister, Mrs. Brice Hutchens, Mahoe. Mr. and Mrs. A. Charman, who have been the guests of Mrs. A. R. Alpe, have returned to Wellington. . . . Miss Hazel Phillips, Pukearuhe, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. P. W. Thomson. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Short, have returned from New Plymouth. Mrs. Williams and Mr. Allen Williams, Ohura, spent a few “days with Mrs. Victor Larsen, Pehu. -Mr. D. S.- Musker, who met with_ an accident a few weeks back, is a patient in the New Plymouth hospital and is making satisfactory progress.
