EXPULSION OF “HALF-HEARTEDS”
“COQUETTING WITH PEASANTS”

In pursuance of its intention to purge the five-year plan of half-hearted supporters the central committee of the Soviet has expelled the Food Minister (N. B. Eismont) and the ex-Minister ui Internal Affairs (V. M. Tolmachev) tor obstructing the plan and coquetting with rich peasants. The committee has also publicly censured the Postal Minister (A. I. Rykov) owing to the spread of doubts in the Red Army.
