TOTAL NEARLY £300,000.
PROVISIONS OF WILL.
A copy of the will of Mr. Percy Landale, of Chippenham Park, near Deniliquin, New South .Wales, grazier, was lodged in the Victoria Probate Office for rcsealing recently. Testator, who died on June 26 last, left estate in New South Wales valued at £213,273. His Victorian estate is sworn at real estate £2529 and personal property £77,356, making the total estate £293,158. The will provides that the widow shall receive the income from the residuary estate, but should she re-marry the income from this source will be reduced to £350 a year. The sum of £31,500. is set aside for the education and maintenance of testator’s adopted daughter, Sonia Beatrice Landale. Should she marry with the consent of Mrs. Landale she will receive a straight-out legacy of that sum, but should she marry without that consent she will only receive the interest on the amount. Testator bequeaths Chippenham Park to his widow, and a life interest in Yulong, Barwon Heads, to his widow and adopted daughter.
