GOODWILL TOKEN TO GERMANY. (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Dec. 31. The name plate of the German wartime raider, the cruiser Emden, has reached London on its way to Germany. It is being returned by the Australian Government as a token of goodwill.
