HEAVY PRODUCE EXPORTS

BUTTER AND CHEESE SHIPMENTS. LATEST ALLOTMENTS. Nearly one million boxes of butter and more than 32,000 crates of cheese will leave the Dominion during the next eight weeks. The' latest list of shipping space allotments, including two vessels sailing tomorrow, issued by the Dairy Board, covers 19 vessels, which between them will take 924,558 boxes of butter, and 320,303 crates of cheese, all of which is due to arrive in Britain ’between January 25 and March 26. Of the 19 vessels eight will load dairy produce at New Plymouth and 13 will carry freight transhipped from Patea. The total allotments are:—New Plymouth: Butter, 45,397 boxes; cheese, 53,873 crates. Patea: Butter, 10,073 boxes, cheese, 70,290 crates. In addition to these shipments there are the loadings, as yet unallocated, of the Northumberland and the Surrey. The list of ships with their respective allotments is as follow:—
