BRIXTON WOMEN’S DIVISION.
The monthly meeting of the Brixton Women’s Division was held on Thursday afternoon, Mrs. McCaul presiding over an attendance of 17 members and visit- . Miss Lash was appointed secretary for the meeting, Miss Muir being unable to attend. Mrs. French; president of the Bell Block branch, was present. A large number of pounds was collected to be sent to the district nurse. An interesting competition organised by Miss Fulton was won by Mrs. McCaul after a draw with Mrs. Schroder, Mrs; Rowe and Miss Lash. Hostesses for the afternoon were Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Jury , and Mrs. Lash.
