NORMANBY ITEMS.

Mrs. Hall, Auroa, is spending a few week at Normanby. Mrs. Vooght, Opunake, was the guest of Mrs. F. Ridle over the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Palmer were visitors to Wanganui last week. Mrs. Ogle is staying with friends at Normanby for a week or two. Mr. and Mrs. G. Galloway have been holidaying in New Plymouth for the past few weeks. Miss Constance Free left yesterday for Auckland, where she will spend a fewweeks’ holiday. Mrs. Johnston, Tauranga, who has been the guest of Mrs. Gane, has returned home.

Mr. and Mrs. C. Kimberley, .Auckland, have returned home after visiting Mr. and Mrs. Hickey, Normanby. Mrs. D. Free left on Saturday for Auckland, Hamilton and Marton, where she intends to spend a month’s holiday.

Mrs. A. McAsey was the guest of the Norfolk Road Women’s Institute on Wednesday at a garden party held at Mrs. W. Kaye’s residence, Inglewood.
