JAPANESE SEAMEN STRIKE
INLAND SEA SERVICE TIED UP. PARTS OF ENGINES REMOVED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Tokio, Nov. 25. Seventeen steamers in the Inland Sea service are tied up by a determined seamen’s strike. Essential parts of the engines have been removed, preventing the company operating them and employing strike-breakers.
