LIKE A DRAUGHTBOARD.-The Westminster Corporation, in conjunction with the Duke of Westminster, is developing over seven acres of land in Page street London and is erecting model flats to the design of Sir Edwin Lulyens, the famous architect. When completed there will be 600 flatss, varying from two to five rooms. which will be let at rentals from 4/6to 16/16 per week. The is now nearly completed.
