The members of the executive, with Mr. J.’J. Corkill as master of ceremonies, had charge of operations and kept the ball gojng with, a swing. During the evening'each child was’given a small present by Chief R. W/ D. Robertson and Mrs. D. E. Brown,, while there were aiso<JdistTibutions of apples,. sweets and ice cream?. The wives of executive members, with many willing helpers, saw to the;task of feeding the multitude, and they did their work well; At the conclusion of„ the. children’s portion of . the evening, proceedings were carried on by a dance for adults. Martin’s' Orchestra provided the music.
