PARTY AT TATARAIMAKA

•AID. TO PLUNKET SOCIETY. A euchre parly and dance in aid of the Plunket Society held in the-Tatarai-maka hall last’ night was a great success. Euchre winners were: Mrs. N. Jones 1, Mrs. Bell consolation; Mr. Miller 1, Mr. S. Hawke consolation.Competitions were won as follow: — Ham, Mrs. Moore (Avenue Road); chocolates, Miss M. B. Johnstone. Those present thoroughly enjoyed dancing to the splendid music of Miss Gilhooly. The floor was in charge of Mr. M. Fabish as M.C. A splendid. supper was supplied by the ladies of the district, who publicly thanked the men for the assistance they had received.
