AUCKLAND MAN ALLOWED BAHs, By Telegraph.—Press AsaoclSitisßAuckland, Oct. 26* Matthew Prust Stewart, aged 37, soiicitor, was arrested this morning on * charge of stealing £lOO, the property of F. C. Litchfield, on July 11, 1930. H® was remanded to appear on November 10. Bail was allowed. The police said that Stewart himself estimated his l defalcations at £l6OO £l7OO.
