SEPTEMBER’S LIGHT RAINFALL. The rainfall as registered at Inglewood in September totalled only 2.37 inches, with rain on I'l days, which is the lightest rainfall for September since Painfall has been registered at Inglewood. The wettest September at Inglewood was that of 1925, when lo.!8 Inches fell on 26 .days, while September of 1928 also had the heavy fall of 14.-0 inches on 22 days. In September last year 7.46 inches fell on 19 days, with a maximum fall of 1.04 inches on September 8. The maximum fall in September of this year was .62 inches, on September 18. The average fall for September since tile rainfall has been registered at Inglewood is 8.04 inches. The vital statistics for Inglewood for September are as follow, with the figures for the corresponding month of last year in parentheses: Births 11 (9), deaths 1 (0), marriages 2 (1).
