ORGANISATION COMMENCED. REPRESENTATION OF POWERS. British Wireless. Rugby, Sept. 2. After a consultation between Sir John Simon, president of the organising committee of the preparatory commission for the World Economic Conference, and Sir Erie Drummond, Secretary-General olf the League of Nations, an agreement was reached regarding the nominations of three financial and three economic members to the preparatory commission. In addition the preparatory commission, which will probably meet at Geneva in October, will consist of two representatives each of the great Powers, including the United States, and two nominated by the Bank for International Settlements.
