Scarves and Hats.—A bright blue wool frock has as sole trimming a maizecoloured crepe scarf drawn through a belt of kid in the same colour; It is worn with a blue hat banded with maize-coloured crepe like the scarf. The short jacket of red wool crepe has a red and white spotted silk scarf drawn through slots in the lapels, and the complimentary white felt hat is trimmed with similar silk.
