JUDGMENTS FOR DEBT

CLAIMS MADE AT NEW PLYMOUTH Judgment by default was given by Mr. R.W. Tate, iS.M., on the following claims for debt at New Plymouth yesterday:— Govett, Quilliam and Hutchen v. S. Byrne, £3 3s (£1 3s 6d cost's); H. Derby and Co. Ltd. v. L. J. James, £7 15s Id (£2 2s Gd); J. S. Robertson v. Charles Clifford Oaks, £8 os 4d (£1 10s 6d); Lightband and Wann Ltd. v. S. H. Richards, £7 (£1 10s 6d). An order for possession of a house in favour of Henry J. Grayson was made against George E. Chapman, the magistrate saying he would not commit himself regarding the date of issue of ths warrant.
