TEMPERATURES TO BE COLDER. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will bo unsettled north of Auckland, with some rain. Elsewhere conditions will be mainly fair, but with scattered showers, more especially in western and southern districts. Temperatures will become colder. A series of shallow depressions is passing northern New Zealand, _ while a moderate anti-cyclone is crossing the south Tasman Sea. Winds will be light to 'fresh with the direction variable in far north; elsewhere west to south winds will prevail. Seas will be rather rough about Foveaux Strait and elsewhere smooth to moderate.
