WELLINGTON JURY’S AWARD. NON-SUIT POINT TO BE ARGUED. By Telegraph,—Press Association. Wellington, Last' Night. A jury awarded £347 «s 7d special damages and £325 general damages in a claim arising -from a collision at * Newton intersection in which Mrs. Irene Addis Smith was knocked down and injured by a car driven by Mrs. Caroline Priscilla Purdie. Mr. Justice MacGregor refrained from entering judgment for Mrs. Smith in th» meantime, pending argument on a nonsuit point.
