ANNUAL GATHERING TO-DAY. (By ‘‘Hurry On.”) The South Canterbury Hunt Club’s meeting to-day is providing a dress rehearsal for quite a number of the Grand National and Winter Cup candidates, and their presence is euro to add inter* est to the gathering. The following should run well:— Hack and Hunters’ Hurdles: Morena, Full Measure, Ramoses. Pareora Hack: Traylavah, Iceni. Teschemaker Hunt Cup: Oriflamb, Deportment., South Canterbury Steeplechase; Okapua, Lucess, High Pitch. Hunters’ Plate: Rameses, Fresh Breete, Night Parade.
