As an outcome of Jhe international oil conference, which agreed on a schema for improving the markets, it is reported that a 25 per cent, increase in Oil prices is likely from October 1, but this is dependent upon Rumania’s ratification of the conference agreement. In all groups excepting the Russian the conference decided to work in unison and abstain from fighting by price-cut-ting. Russia was not invited to the conference.
