Dispatches from Moscow states that the Godless League has instructed the British Communist leaders to inaugurate a great atheistic propaganda campaign in Britain by calling a National Atheist Congress, for which Moscow is preparing an extensive amount of anti-religious literature. A special attack is reserved for the Pope and Roman Catholicism.
