PERSONAL AND GENERAL.

(From Our Own. Correspondent.)

The Norfolk School basketball and football teams recently visited KaimirO and were victorious in both games. The Norfolk Old Boys football team played a team from Inglewood during the week-end on the ground at Mr. A. Laurence’s and were defeated after a very interesting and fast garni by nine points to six. Mr. O. Timms was referee. The dental nurse (Miss Whittington) visited the Norfolk 'School during the week.

The school was also visited by Sister Corkill, who gave a demonstration and •address on first, aid. Mr. and Mrs. F. Hollins have returned from, their holiday. Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Allen are visiting Auckland. •

Miss Hird (Patea) is the guest of Mrs. Reardon. Miss Ruth Reeve has returned home. Mr., and Mrs. F. West have taken up their residence on Norfolk Road.
