After a lapse of five years the First Battalion Taranaki Regiment io reviving its annual ball. The function, which will be held at the Agricultural Hall cn June 15, promises to be one of the outstanding events of the year. No effort is being spared to revive the high standard of the previous balls. A very competent ladies’ committee is in charge of the supper arrangements. Any profits received will be donated towards the purchase of the new regimental colours
