SECURITY IN INVESTMENTS. The most important point about an investment is its margin of safety. This is truer to-day than ever before, and because investments are so seldom able to offer really good returns, combined with absolute security, many investors are accepting a much smaller return in order to safeguard their capital. One of the few exceptions is N.Z. Perpetual Forests, Ltd. The bondholders of this—the largest concern of its kind in the world—are assured of 100 per cent, security, of which one-third (£8 6s 8d per £25) is held in cash by the trustees for the bondholders, yet the investment offers a high rate of return.—Advt. 3. Woods’ Great Peppermint Cure, For Coushs sad Colds never fails.
