TARURUTANGI BIBLE CLASS
At the meeting of the Tarurutangi Bible class on Monday evening, the Rev. R. B. Gosnell presided over a good attendance and welcomed members of the Fitzroy Methodist Club, who took charge of the meeting, which was in the form of a “camp-fire” entertainment. Going to no little trouble the visitors arranged a mock campfire in the hall and all were invited to sit around on rugs and cushions. The following contributed to the programme, which had been arranged by Miss Margaret Alley: Esther Wright, Audrey Gilbert, Agnes Alnin, Rose McElroy, Viwa Gosnell, Rex Brinsley, Jack Alnin, Les. Taylor, Miss Alley and members of the club. Community singing was enjoyed. After the concert all joined in games and the evening closed with supper provided by the Tarurutangi ladies, and the singing of Auld. Lang Syne.
