TARATA SPORTS MEETING

A cake presented 'by Somerton Bros, was won by a syndicate comprising Mesdames 'Standish, Soffe, Swan, Lovell, Ludeman and Miss Wickstead.

The points prize was won by F. Jensen with 13 points, W. Topping (9) being runner-up. The children had a great time, sweets being provided by Messrs J. Burgess and A. Wickstead, while numerous races were run, resulting as follows:—
