EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS
GERMAN TRADING SCHEME.
London, April 17.
The difficulty of Continental trading has led to the formation in Berlin of a “Barter Company,” designed to overcome exchange restrictions. The company will endeavour to bring the importers and exporters of 33 countries into contact, making payment on an international basis possible.
