ACCIDENTAL DROWNING

A verdict of death by accidental drowning was returned at the inquest at Windermere this afternoon into the death of Edward Taylor Scott, editor of the Manchester Guardian who lost his life when a dinghy in which he and his son were sailing on Lake Windermere capsized.
