A mishap occurred to a Desoutter three-seater cabin monoplane piloted by Captain R. R. Money, Hamilton, just after landing at the Te Rapa aerodrome shortly before five o'clock on Saturday afternoon. Captain Money, who had taken part in an aerial demonstration at Te Rapa during the afternoon, was returning to the lauding ground with two passengers, Messrs. J. Clapliam and V. Meyer. The machine had landed, but was still rolling when the pilot made a turn toward the place where more passengers were waiting. One wheel went down a hole in the surface of the aerodrome and the machine lifted on to its nose, breaking the propeller and causing slight damage to one wing-tip. The pilot and passengers escaped with slight bruises.
