JUDGMENTS FOR DEBT

CLAIMS MADE IN NEW PLYMOUTH.

Judgment by default was given by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., on the following claims for debt at New Plymouth yesterday: Home Supply Co. v. Martha Thomson, £1 8s 5d (costs 3s); E. Whitwell v. C. R. Fairbrother, £l5 12s 6d (£1 9s); Stainton and Co. v. E. W. Chard, £2O 3s ( £4 3s 6d); Hardwicke and Robertson, Ltd., v. P. Budd, 7s 6d (3s); same v. G. Roebuck, £2 Ils 6d (£1 ss' 6d); J. A. Redman v. H. E. Ehrhorn, £275 7s 6d ( £lO 18s). Under a judgment summons T. McDonald was ordered to pay Gadds Ltd. £9 10s 7d, and 15s 6d costs forthwith, in default ten days’ imprisonment, Noel McDonald was ordered to pay T. H. Moore £lO 3s 5d and costs £1 Is forthwith, in default ten days’ imprisonment.

W. I. Thomason was ordered to pay C. C. Kyngdon £lB Ils 6d and £1 Is costs fortluwith, in default 14 days’ imprisonment.
