JUDGMENTS FOR DEBT
CLAIMS MADE AT NEW PLYMOUTH,
Judgment by default was entered by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., on the following claims for debt at New Plymouth yesterday: New Plymouth Borough Council v. Desmond Milford Julian, £l5 15s 4d (costs £2 16s); Taranaki Hospital Board v. Cyril Field, £33 (£4 10s 6d); Sydney R. Lovell v. Benjamin B. Carter, £26 3s 9d (£4 4s 6d); Weston, Ball and Grayling v. .Thomas Johnstone, £l4 3s (£2 16s); F. R. P. Fredric v. N. W. Isaacs, £2 (£1 3s 6d); Ricld Co. Ltd. v. H. Stanton, £l2 12s lid (£2 16s).
At the suit of the Public Trustee an order for possession of a house was made against John Joseph Larkin. Under a judgment summons a judgment was varied so that Norman Carter was ordered to pay the Taranaki Hospital Board £34 4s 6d at the rate of £1 a month.
Lewis L. Rattenbury was ordered to pay the New Plymouth Sash and Door Co. Ltd. £lB 15s 2d, plus £1 Is, in default 20 days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended during the payment of £1 10s a month.
