JUDGMENTS GIVEN FOR DEBT. In undefended civil cases at the Inglewood Court yesterday judgment was given for plaintiff by’ default with costs as follows: Inglewood County Council v. David Paul, £23 Ils 5d (costs £4 Is 6d); same v. Frederick K. Gooch, £l3 15s lid (£3 6s); Inglewood Bacon Curing Co. Ltd. v. Copestake and Son, £5 0s 4d (£1 12s 6d);'same v. Frank W. Copestake, '.£3 0s lOd (£1 5s 6d).

A. G. Hunt was ordered to give possession of a tenement to B. R. Stead within 14 days.

In a judgment summons case Lionel Bishop was ordered to pay Joseph Nathan and Co. Ltd., £4 12s 6d forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment.
