British Wireless. Rugby, March 22. The House of Commons has completed the committee stage of the Wheat Quota Bill, no important changes being made in the original measure. The Minister of Agieulture refused to accept an amendment limiting the operation of the Bill to five years, but stated that the whole situation would be reviewed after three years by a fully informed body.
