ONE EXECUTOR PASSED OVER. I - ORDER OF SUPREME 'COURT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, March 24. Judgment was delivered to-day by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) in the case in which Lady Hunter applied for an order that Cyril Hunter be passed over as executor of the will df the late Sir George Hunter, and for an' order authorising the Public Trustee to administer the estate. His Honour ordered that Cyril Hunter be passed over, and made an order for administration of the will and codicil to issue to the Public Trustee.

If it was Cyril Hunter’s sole desire to help in the satisfactory administration of the estate, added his Honour, he was prepared to appoint him advisory trustee.
