MOTORIST DENIES GUILT
ALLEGED TO HAVE CAUSED DEATH.

Palmerston N., March 23.
Burton Charles Waldegrave, charged with negligently driving a motor-car at »peedy’s Line, Ohakea, on February 13, ‘thereby causing the death of Mrs. Christina Campbell Gilmour, pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court at Palmerston North for trial, bail being allowed.
