Every person applying for permission to any course and every.'person entering or endeavouring to enter a horse for . any race, and every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such, horse, shall be deemed, to accept all conditions and Restrictions imposed or implied by these rules, and to bo debarred frpm questioning the action of the Conference, Appeal Judges, Association, Club, Racing Club or Body, Committee, Stewards, Officials, Agents, or Servants in respect of any such person or horse, or any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided for in Part XXX of the N.Z. Rules of Trotting. Horses must be registered with the Trotting Association, and Provident Fee, £l, paid before nomination. •■.<•••■• ■ ■ Owners of horses starting for the first time after being registered with the Association, must produce the horse, and the copy of the completed registration form to the Stipendiary Steward at this meeting one hour before the first race. All Nominations and Acceptances, must be accompanied by the necessary fees. No competitor allowed tri start unless colours, dress and gear are in good order and condition. ■. / ? Noihinated horses running into a place at the Thames Trotting Club meeting on Apnl 16, 1932, may be re-nominated for a higher class. All winners may be re-handicapped.
