JUDGMENT IN HUNTER WILL CASE. CHIEF JUSTICE ADDS PROVISO. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Judgment was delivered to-day by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) in the case in which Lady Hunter applied for an order that Cyril Hunter be passed over as executor of the will of the late Sir George Huntey and for an order authorising toe Public Trustee to administer toe estate. His Honour ordered that Cyril Hunter be pass ed over and made an order for administration' of the will and codicil to issue to the Public Trustee. . If it was Cyril Hunters sole desire to help in the satisfactory administration of the estate, added His Honour, he was prepared to appoint him advisory trustee.
