N.S.W. government sued. contract for bread supply. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 10.30 p.m. Sydney, March 22. Dacre and Purcell, solicitors, have issued a writ on behalf of Shadier*, Ltd. claiming from' the Government of New South Wales £20,000 damages in respect of: an alleged breach of contract. The writ arises out of a contract made in July last year between the Premier, Mr. J. T. ’Lang, and Shadier*, Ltd. with reference to the manufacture and supply of bread for and on behalf of the Government.
