DOG FOUND GUARDING WAISTCOAT By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, March 10. William Scoon, ’aged ofi, married, a well-known Woodend farmer, was found drowned in the Cam River, Kaiapoi, today. He had been missing since early yesterday. The discovery was made through Scoon’s dog being seen guarding his waistcoat on the river bank nearby.
