FIXTURES FOR CIVIL WORK. Fixtures for the remainder of the civil business of the Supreme Cour., in New Plymouth were made by Mr. Justice Blair yesterday. This morning the Court will deal with undefended divorce and motions for discharge from bankruptcy. On Monday morning petitions Wil. be heard regarding the winding up of the Ridd company and the Melbourne, Ltd., while in the afternoon there wil. be a motion to set aside a security given by a bankrupt. _ l j 4 Tuesday morning will be devoted to the disposal of banco matters and ori-o-inatinw summons. Motions for I’ehe under the Mortgagors Relief Act will be taken in the afternoon. Three appeals have been set down for Wednesday, the first being an application by Thomas Moynihan for a coal lease, an appeal against the decision o the Commissioner of Crown Lands. In asking that one of the cases should be allowed to stay on the list, counsel said it was possible it would not come on. The case referred to was Abraham and Williams, Ltd. v. the King; a, petition for £336 la for sheep delivered on the order of an officer of the Crown Lands Department,
