MARRIED WOMEN TEACHERS
AUCKLAND APPEALS SUCCEED.

Auckland, Last Night.
Six appeals by married women teachers in the Auckland district against the termination of their engagement were upheld by the Teachers’ Appeal Court. Of the remaining nine appeals six were .■dismissed, two deferred and one case was withdrawn as the board had already cancelled notice of the dismissal because the appellant’s husband had now lost his employment.
