Two Japanese regimente are concentrating on Ohinchow to drive out the Chinese, who are resisting stubbornly, the Japanese bombing the place at dawn to-day. They attacked the Chinese positions at Changtu, Tienkaiatung and Fakum, inflicting heavy casualties. General Min&mi, a, former Japanese War Minister, hae arrived in Manchuria. He intends to remain a fortnight to make a personal investigation, because he believes that the responsibility for the present situation is his, since he issued the original orders for the Japanese occupation of Manchuria. The Japanese movement in eastern Manchuria is aimed principally at Chinese bandits and irregular soldiers who have been leaderless since the defeat bf General Ma Chusan in the Nonni River battle.
