CHANGE LATER. By Telegraph.—Presa Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be unsettled and squally generally with rain in districts with a westerly aspect and in the far south. There will be some heavy falls in Westland. It will be warm and dry at first in eastern provinces but later showers will accompany a southerly change. 'While a slight anti-cyclone has been passing to the north a rather intense westerly depression has advanced on to New Zealand. There will be moderate to strong northerly to westerly winds of gale force in places south of New Plymouth and Napier, and backing to southerly after from 24 to 36 hours. Seas will be rough on the west coast and about Cook and° Foveaux Straits and moderate elsewhere.
