FAIR TO FINE WEATHER

MODERATE WESTERLY WINDS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be fair to fine generally, but there will still be some isolated showers on the West Coast of the South Island, and in the far south. Another of the series of slight lowpressure waves has crossed the South Island, while an anti-cyclone over the northern Tasman Sea has extended southwards and increased somewhat in intensity. Thera will be south-westerly to westerly winds, moderate generally, but strong in Foveaux Strait and in parts of the Cook Strait area., Seas will be rough about Foveaux Strait and, moderate elsewhere.
