STUNTING AEROPLANES

CONCERN AMONG GOLFERS. COMPLAINTS AT HAMILTON The < %tunt* flying of an aeroplane over St. Andrew’s links caused some alarm among members of the Hamilton Golf dub, according to complaints voiced at th® annual meeting of th® club on Monday evening, Mr. W. D. Ross said that last Sunday an aeroplane flew so low at one stage as to cause much consternation among players. The president, Mr. J. F. Strang, such complaints had been made before and some action should be taken. A member of *the commitfce had been authorised to interview the aviation authorities in the matter. Mr. W. J. King said to a certain extent pilots were forced to fly over th® links, as the direction of the wind affected the landing of the machines. He agreed that injudicious “stunting,” such as occurred on Sunday, was most undesirable.
