PRESIDENT’S INAUGURATION
RIOTING OCCURS IN PERU. TEN DEAD; THIRTEEN WOUNDED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. Lima (Peru), Dec. 7. Ten persons were killed and 13 wounded in fighting between citizens and police at Paijan on the eve of the inauguration of the President-elect, Senor Sonchez Cerro. Most of the dead and wounded were members of the party which supported Victor de la Torre in the Presidential campaign.
